Overview

The Storefront API provides endpoints that enable developers to build complete customer facing D2C solutions for sports organisations.

Using the Storefront API, developers are able to access products and services from across all of the organisation's external provider systems, bringing them together into one API surface.

There are a large number of advantages that this brings:

  • D2C user journeys to be designed and built directly into the organisation's own channels (website and apps).
  • Build stores screens and other types of product discovery experiences into those channels.
  • Create cross sells between products from disparate provider systems.
  • Add products from disparate provider systems into a single basket (or, as we say, One basket)
  • Pay for those products with a single payment transaction
  • Automatically fulfil the order in the background with the disparate systems
  • Create post purchase experiences, such as managing tickets purchased (access control scanning ,forwarding) or delivering QR codes to be scanned at the stadium to collect F&B.

For pre-built UI workflows that can be integrated into existing applications, see the SDKs section.
